What we collect
When you send a free consultation request, we store your first name, email address, country, chosen subject and message so a consultant can reply to you. We do not ask for medical records, and you should not include detailed health information in the form. If you reject optional cookies, nothing else about your visit is stored.
Why we use it (legal basis)
We use your details only to answer your request and arrange your free consultation — this is a step you ask us to take before any agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We keep a record of your cookie choice because the law requires it (Article 6(1)(c)). Optional statistics cookies are used only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
How long we keep it
Consultation requests are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up you ask for, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Who sees your data
Your request is seen by the consultant who answers it and by the hosting providers that run this website and its database. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email alx.vallianatos@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
